Your every need is met morning until night. The dedicated and friendly full-time staff includes a house manager, chef, concierge and house keepers (two of whom speak fluent English). With its generous 20,000 square foot floor plan and 11 spacious bedrooms, this Punta Mita rental comfortably accommodates up to 30 adults.
The four luxurious master bedrooms feature king-size beds, expansive ocean views, private baths, individual climate control systems, refrigerators, personal safes, and satellite televisions with DVD players. In addition, there are two bunk rooms with private baths, each easily sleeping up to six individuals.
Casa Familia has a choice of three separate dining areas, each with distinct character - the expansive chef's kitchen, outdoor grill with pizza oven, and an outdoor bar with seating. Greet each morning with a breakfast buffet. For lunch and dinner, choose meals from an array of different cuisines deliciously prepared by our chef. (His services are included in the rental fee; groceries are additional.) Water purification, telephone/intercom, and state-of-the-art sound systems span the entire villa. The media/game room has big screen TV, poker table, and games. Additional features include an office with high speed internet access and exercise room equipped with an elliptical machine, stationary bicycle, and combination weight machine. Stepping outside, the beautifully maintained yard offers an infinity-edge pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean, as well as a basketball court with two nets.
